Yes. Under UAE real estate handover guidelines, you are entitled to inspect your property (or appoint a certified third-party engineer) prior to signing the Key Handover Acceptance Form.

How long does a thorough snagging inspection take?

An apartment inspection typically takes between 2 to 3.5 hours. A large townhouse or luxury villa requires 4 to 6 hours depending on the built-up area and MEP installations.

What equipment do your inspectors use on-site?
