How long does an inspection take?

Most residential inspections take 2-4 hours depending on the property size and complexity. Commercial properties may take longer. We'll provide you with an estimated timeframe during booking.

When will I receive the inspection report?

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours from the inspection date. For urgent inspections, we offer expedited reporting (12 hours) at a premium rate.

Can I attend the inspection?
